Transfer
Transfer from place of death to the funeral home.  This is based on one attendant transfer (hospital) - if a two attendant transfer is required (nursing home, residence, etc.) - an additional $55. will apply.  If transfer is in between the hours of 9 pm and 9 am then an evening surcharge of $200 will apply.  
Transfer from place of death - one attendant $55
 Transfer from place of death (hospital) to funeral home. Based on one attendant transfer between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
Transfer from place of death - two attendant $110
 Transfer from place of death (residence, retirement residence, nursing home, etc.). Based on a two attendant transfer between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
Transfer from place of death - evening surcharge $200
 If the transfer from place of death (residence, retirement residence, nursing home, etc.,) occurs between the hours of 5 pm and 9 am, an additional $200 will be charged. This is in addition to the above transfer attendant rate.

Vehicles
Use of Funeral Home vehicles for transfer of the deceased from place of death to funeral home, the local procurement of documents, transfer of deceased from funeral home to crematorium and (if desired) retrieval of cremated remains.

 Use of service / transfer vehicle and use of necessary specialized equipment to transfer deceased from place of death (hospital, nursing home, retirement residence, private residence, etc.) to funeral home.

 Use of service / transfer vehicle for transfer of deceased, in cremation casket, from Funeral Home to Crematorium.

Administration Vehicle $50 (required)
 Use of administrative vehicle for local procurement of documents in order for final disposition to take place.
Funeral Coach (optional) $300
 If a Funeral Coach is required (instead of a transfer vehicle) for transfer from the funeral home to the crematorium (i.e. if family is accompanying the deceased to the crematorium, then a funeral coach must be selected instead of a transfer vehicle).

Disbursements
Paid Disbursements
Disbursements are necessary costs which are paid out on behalf of a family to third parities in order to carry out cremation arrangements and ultimately final disposition.  These costs are paid by Roadhouse & Rose as a convenience to families and are place on the account at-cost.  
Registration Fee $30 (required)
 This fee is charged by the Government of Ontario, under the Vital Statistics Act, for every individual who passes away in the province. When the documentation is registered with the Government, the funeral home receives the necessary permit to carry out cremation.
Coroner's Fee $75 (required)
 A Coroner of the Province of Ontario must issue a cremation certificate for every cremation that takes place in the province. This is the fee for the Coroner's services.
Cremation Fee - Innisvale Crematorium $500 (required)
 This is the fee charged by Innisvale Crematorium for cremation. It is paid out by Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home on your behalf. This price includes a "basic urn" which is used as a temporary receptacle.

Cremation Caskets
By law in Ontario, a casket receptacle is required for transportation of the deceased from the Funeral Home to the Crematorium.  These containers are simple and modest in design.  
Phaneuf - Cardboard Cremation Container $85
 This basic cardboard cremation container has no interior lining. It is rated for up to 150 lbs only.
Innisvale - Alternative Fibreboard Cremation Container $275
 This basic alternative fibreboard cremation container has a wooden base and borders for extra support. It contains no interior lining.
Victoriaville Casket Ltd. - The "Glendale" $395
 This cremation casket is constructed of select wood and is suitable for private family reflection. It contains a white rayon interior and the sides are clad in beige canvass. This casket has no carriers.
Victoriaville Casket Ltd. - The "Glenwood" $495
 This cremation casket is constructed of select wood and is suitable for private family reflection. It contains a white rayon interior and no carriers.
Victoriaville Casket Ltd. - The 'Woodmont" $795
 This cremation casket is constructed of solid poplar. It has a natural finish and a white rayon interior. This casket has no carriers.
