This includes the necessary professional service charges to carry out a Graveside Service, including Funeral Director's supervision throughout arrangements and final disposition, set-up at the cemetery and direction of the service including use of Funeral Home staff.

 The compiling of vital statistics, clergy, cemetery documentation, provision of an unlimited supply of Funeral Director's Statements of Death and registration of death with municipal clerk. Assistance with CPP / benefit application is also provided at no extra charge.
Transfer from Place of Death $55 (required)
 Transfer of deceased from place of death (hospital, nursing home, hospice, private residence, retirement residence, etc.) to Funeral Home.

Vehicle Charges
Vehicle charges necessary to carry out Graveside Service, including the necessary procurement of documentation to carry out final disposition, service vehicle for set-up and transfer of deceased to cemetery, service vehicle & necessary specialized equipment for transfer of deceased from place of death to Funeral Home.

 Use of transfer / service vehicle & necessary specialized equipment to transfer deceased from Place of Death (hospital, nursing home, hospice, retirement residence, private residence, etc.) to Funeral Home.
Transfer / Service Vehicle for Transfer of Deceased & Set-up at Cemetery $155 (required)
 Use of transfer / service vehicle for transfer of deceased in casket for final disposition (burial). Note: A Funeral Coach / Hearse is available for an additional $145.
Administrative Vehicle $50 (required)
 Use of administrative vehicle for local procurement of documents (burial permits, cemetery documentation, clergy transportation if necessary, etc.) that is necessary to carry out final disposition.
