Erin Roelofke Mezitis
MEZITIS, Erin Roelofke – Passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the very young age of 33. Loving and protecting mother to Lucy – their time together was short but full of love. Loving fiancée of James Convery, amazing daughter to Roely and Peter, sister of Mark – a sister is a best friend given by nature, cherished granddaughter of Oma and Grandpa, soul mate in friendship to Megan, loving daughter-in-law to Marty and Kathryn, sister-in-law to Jeffrey (Heather), Robert (Melissa) and aunt to Nicholas. Among the many lives Erin has touched, she will also be missed by her aunts, uncles and cousins. Erin had a passion for working with people with special needs, she loved animals, which she has passed down to Lucy, and loved spending time with her family and friends. Visitation will take place at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Friday, January 23rd, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm and at the Church of the Nazarene, 79 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Sunday, January 25th, 2015 from 2-3 pm. Memorial service to take place at the Church of the Nazarene on Sunday at 3 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Erin’s honour to Sick Kids Hospital Foundation or Ronald McDonald House.
