Obituary for Murray Broad

Passed away peacefully at River Glen Haven nursing home on February 16, 2015 in his 83rd year. Loving husband of the late Mae. Beloved father of Ron (Debra), Susan (Albert) and the late Ruth. Proud grandfather of Roni-Lee (Brian), Emily (Andrew), Jordan and Erin. Son of the late Alfred & Jenny Broad of Holland Landing. Murray was the unofficial caretaker of Anchor Park, alongside his companion Babe. As per Murray’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral. Special thanks to Debbie Webb at Aurora Resthaven, as well as all the staff at River Glen Haven. Memorial donations may be made in Murray’s memory to any animal rescue organization.
