Helen Dorothy Hanson (nee Doyle) 1924-2015
Passed away peacefully at home in Newmarket in her 92nd year, on Monday, February 23, 2015. Beloved daughter of the late John and Dorothy Doyle of Roches Point, Ontario. Treasured wife of the late Edward Roy Hanson of Saskatchewan. Loving mother of Heather Mallory (Stan) and Dwight Hanson (Diane). Devoted grandmother of Amber, Greydon, Garrett, Nikki and Kasey. Helen lived her life with strength, grace and a fierce determination. Helen had many friends at her 155 Main St. North residence. Special thanks to care provider Mary for her compassionate care and kindness. In keeping with Helen’s wishes, a funeral service will not be held.
In memory of Helen, hug someone, buy a stranger a coffee, show kindness to others, and appreciate the seniors in your life.
