Lucas, Guy Herbert
Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on August 19, 2015 at the age of 84. Guy will be forever loved and missed by Bertha, his beloved wife of 56 years, children David (Didi) and Linda (Art), and grandchildren Jennifer (Steve), Trevor, Jonathon, Kristen and Eric. Predeceased by his parents James and Gladys Lucas and ten brothers and sisters. Guy is survived by his brother Cyril (Elsie) and sister Reta. He will also be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Guy was extremely proud of all of his grandchildren and loved supporting them in all of their activities. More than anything he enjoyed their regular games of Auction. Visitation will be held at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket on Monday, August 24th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at St. Paul’s Anglican Church, 227 Church St., Newmarket on Tuesday, August 25th at 11:00 am.
