Montague, Donald Joseph

Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at the age of 82. Loving husband of Hughena (nee MacLean) for 59 years. Beloved father of Michael, Maureen (Dave) and Anne Marie (Doug). Proud grandfather of Julianne, Melissa, Laura and Erin. Predeceased by family members James, Robert, Gerald, Joan, Judy, Richard and Bill. Dear son of the late Celia and George. Don enjoyed a long, successful career at Bank of Montreal, beginning in his home town of Saint John, New Brunswick and culminating in an offshore posting in Nassau, Bahamas. His sense of humour, loving spirit and commitment to helping others will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday, September 8th at St. John Chrysostom Church, Newmarket at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. Vincent de Paul Society would be greatly appreciated.
