Lisa Marie Lester
July 11, 1961 – September 11, 2015
It is with great sadness that we announce that Lisa Marie Lester (nee Forsey) passed away peacefully in her home on September 11, 2015 after a courageous 3 year battle with brain cancer.
Beloved wife of Gary Lester and loving mother of Corbin and Lara Bruce. She will be greatly missed by her parents, Raymond and Marjorie Forsey and her siblings Nora, Craig (Paddee) and Daryl Forsey. Wonderful aunt to Madeline, Nicole and Julia Forsey; and step-mother to Zachary and Matthew Lester.
Lisa was an accomplished salesperson and passionate business manager. Her professionalism and endearing qualities left clients and friends with a lasting positive memory. She was passionate about fundraising for the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation and volunteered to assist many other charities in their fundraising efforts.
Lisa enjoyed working and spending her free time soaking up the sun on southern vacations, golfing, snowboarding and motorcycling, always with Gary by her side. She will be missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service and reception will be held at Wooden Sticks Golf Club, 40 Elgin Park Dr., Uxbridge, ON on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 6:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. Online condolences may be made at: www.roadhouseandrose.com
