Loving father of Ty, Rhys, Jax and Nash. Very gifted son of Bob and Sandra Forhan, celebrated brother of Robert, Michael and Joseph. Scott will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Friends may call for visitation at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket, on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John Chrysostom Church, 432 Ontario Street, Newmarket, on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. On-line condolences may be made at www.roadhouseandrose.com
