MILLS, William “Bill” – Passed away peacefully at Victoria Village Long Term Care in Barrie on Saturday May 27, 2017 at 86 years of age. Loving husband of the late Marilyn (nee Bryce) and beloved father of Barbara Legault (husband Art), Brenda Duquette and Karen Van Wart.
