Condolence: Ron was a wonderful guy, always happy, always smiling. He loved to research trips that he and Pat went on right down to the last detail. If you were ever going to the same place you could count on him for some great travel advice. Ron tutored two of our sons in high school math and they would come away from what was, initially, a very complex and seemingly unsolvable problem, with a very clear idea of how to solve it. Ron's gardens were amazing as we all found out a few weeks ago. That smile and laugh will be sorely missed.

Condolence: Ron was a true gentlemen and an excellent, dedicated teacher. SDSS staff and the students Ron taught were so fortunate to have Ron be a part of their lives. I truly admired Ron and all that he gave to his profession.

Condolence: Ron was a true gentleman. He looked for and created positive experiences for his friends and family. We spent so many wonderful times camping, cycling, attending theater and just sharing times together. Ron enjoyed entertaining always making sure that all his guests were taken care of. I'll miss you my friend.

Condolence: Such a beautiful person. Our camping trips, bike rides, folk events and get togethers will never be the same - he is going to be so terribly missed. He always had a kind word and an open door to everyone.I am so lucky to have been able to know him. Hugs to all at this sad time.
