Annie Rowena Matilda - Born Mother's Day, May 11, 1924 in Town of Newmarket.
"Goodnight Mom, I love You" "I love you too Trudy (Montgomery)",
"Good morning Mom", but she didn't answer, she left me to go home to see her parents Angus (December, 1954) and Edna Morrison (January 3, 1990), my father Bob Greenfield (January 25, 1967), my brothers Guyle (January 14, 1991) and Wayne (November 10, 1992), my daughter Cathy (March 5, 2010). Leaving behind to miss her until they meet again are her cherished and much loved grandchildren - granddaughter Leah-Anne and husband Ken Austin, grandson (her little J.R.) Bob Montgomery - Lara Hammoud, as well as adding to the light of her life and a smile on her face, great grandchildren Dalton and Kaitlyn Austin, her sister Carm Pyke - Allan Berridge and family, daughter-in-law Christine Harrison and family, and her many nieces and nephews from Oshawa. Special thank you to P.S.W.'s Cindy and Stella, Dr. Stephens Yee, Dr. Harvey Pasternak, for mom's palliative care at home with me to ensure her comfort and safe journey. Visitation will take place at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S.., Newmarket, on Thursday, August 31, 2017, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place in the chapel on Friday, September 1, 2017, at 11 a.m., followed by cremation. Reception to take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, 707 Srigley St., Newmarket. If desired, memorial donations may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion - Milton Wesley Branch #426 - Roof Fund.
