DYER, Graham - Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 27, 2018 in his 66th year. Loving partner of Johanne Daigle. The family would like to thank St Elizabeth Health Care Palliative visiting nurses for their compassionate care and the palliative/pain management team at Stronach Cancer Centre, Southlake Regional Health Centre. Many thanks to family and friends for all your support through Graham's illness.
