RUMBLE, (Ray) Stanley Raymond

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ray at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on February 8, 2018 at the age of 89.

Predeceased by his beloved wife of 65 years Kathleen (Kay) on February 19, 2016. Loving and devoted father of Nancy (Douglas) Koohtow, and David (Lynn) Rumble, and a proud grandfather of Matthew and Andrew Rumble. Predeceased by his sister Doreen (George) Currie of Barrie. Brother-in- law of Mary (deceased) and Russell Burns of Newmarket, John and Marion Luff of Alliston.

Ray started his career at A.V. Roe Canada, and was a retiree of DeHavilland Aircraft (Boeing, Bombardier) where he had a long and accomplished career in the wing design and engineering of many Canadian built aircraft.

The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Chartwell Alexander Muir Retirement Residence. Also the caring nurses of 6 Central at Southlake Regional Health Centre. At his request, cremation has already taken place, and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
