Condolence: To the family of George Walker - please accept my sincere condolences. George was a friend and co-worker of my dad's and a frequent visitor to our family home. Back in the 80s, when he was just taking up photography, he offered to take pictures at my wedding. They're still some of my favourite photos from that day. In the 70s, I attended Banting Memorial High School with his three kids. I can still picture all your faces and your beautiful dark hair, although names escape me. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Condolence: George married a high school girlfriend of mine (Sherryll) and their wedding gift to us was George doing the wedding pictures, plus a video of the marriage ceremony. Our pictures serve as a constant reminder of the value of friends. What a super photographer he was, on top of everything else he turned his hand and mind to. All our love. Helen and Ross

Condolence From: Alex and Louise McKenna
Condolence: Louise and I were saddened by the news of George's passing and our thoughts and prayers go out to Sherryll and family. George and I worked together at the office of the Fire Marshal and we became friends. George referred to me as the Kid since he was born on December 5, 1940 and I was born two days later on the 7th. George was always ready to lend a hand and mentor new members of the OFM. Louise always said that when she would meet George at a conference or other function that he made her feel at ease and very comfortable. Rest in Peace George and again our sincere condolences to you Sherryll and your family.

Condolence: To my Georgy Porgy. You've been like a brother to me. Your bear hugs, warm humour, comfortable techie moments and your generous nature have given me wonderful memories. Our mutual appreciation of Star Trek, Elvis, reading and computers was a bonus. Evenings spent watching Jeopardy, with you and Sherryll and the kids have been very special to me. I always said that, if someone sent me on a quest, to find Sherryll a husband, I would have come back with you. To my "sister" Sherryll, my "nieces" Holly, April and "nephew" Andrew, I can only send my love and support. It was a privilege and honour to have had him in our lives. I will always miss him. God bless Georgy. We love you.
