HALL, Michael Alban
Peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family, on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 76 years of age. Loving husband of Sheila and dear father of Dianne, Julie and Fiona (Steve Riddell). Loving Grandpa of Sean, Jacob, Callum and Kylie. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews in Canada and Scotland. Michael was a long-time resident of Newmarket who was involved in many organizations. He was always helping those in need, including raising money for local families through his participation in the Ride for Sight. He was a proud supporter of our troops, both in Canada and Britain and he was an avid hunter, enjoying many trips with the 4H club. He loved his family dearly - his wife, children and grandchildren were the pride of his life and he always supported their activities. A celebration of life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion - Milton Wesley Branch #426, 707 Srigley Street, Newmarket, on Saturday, May 19, 2018, from 2-5 p.m., with a small formal service at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the Newmarket Food Pantry.
