Pauline passed away peacefully at Southlake Hospital on Friday June 10th, 2016 at 27 years of age, after being diagnosed in 2015 with ALS.

Special thanks to all staff who have supported her throughout her life at Kerry’s Place, including the staff from the East Region, and Doane house, where she last resided.

Pauline was a very active and mischievous young women who taught us to enjoy life as she did, with a smile on her face. She will be missed by the people that she had the opportunity to share her life with.
