Condolence: Dear Eileen and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Working for Bill for so many years at Sears-Markville was a true pleasure. He was the type of Store Manager that had it all. He has very intelligent and creative when it came to managing the store and his staff. Everyone loved Bill. I will truly miss all the stories and laughs we shared over coffee.😢 Thanks for the memories, Deanna Gottschalk

Condolence From: Mike walker
Condolence: Longtime ago. But don't forget Billy and I think his brother who were always interested in cars. I lived on 13 block Rae street. I am assuming that Eileen was Eileen Newis? Of course as you can tell, I lost track of Bill and Eileen along the way. But I still remember what always appeared to me to be Bill's smile and eternal optimism. I think that Bill lived on same block as Brian Hunt and the Ireton family. Regardless Eileen may peace and love be with you and your family now and forever. Mike Walker

Condolence: Some people touch your heart in a way you can never erase. Bill was one of those people. I had the privilege of working with Bill at Sears, Markville in Markham, Ontario. It was one of the best experiences in my career. He empowered us with knowledge, motivated us with his advice & guidance, and inspired us with his confidence in us. There was no "i" in his team. Bill, you were a fabulous boss and a cherished friend. We will miss you. Eileen, Michael, Michelle and family, you're in our thoughts and prayers. We know how much you will miss him and what a special husband, father and grandfather he was. With our love, Tony & Nancy.

Condolence: Dear Auntie Eileen, Kellie and I were very sad to hear about the passing of Uncle Bill - many of my fondest memories of Uncle Bill would be at the beach growing up as kids were Uncle Bill would take us all fishing in his small aluminum boat, he always made being together as a family very special and his smile would light up any room. Condolence: Eileen, Michelle, Mike & family, Words are not enough to express how sorry we are for your loss and how much Bill will be missed. Our memories of him will be kept close to our hearts and very grateful that he was part of many of our own life changing events over the past several years, especially MC’ing on our wedding day and coming to the hospital to meet the boys for the very first time. While our hearts are aching, we know that Heaven has gained a truly special angel to watch over us. Love Kathryn, Evan & the boys

Condolence: Dear Eileen and Family, Mort and I have so many fond memories chumming with you and Bill in our late teens and twenties. We had good times partying in Regina and at Regina Beach, playing cards, (spoons), charades, dancing and having the odd beer. Bill and I shared an interest in cars. We have fond memories of our road trip to Toronto and Montreal in 1967, and getting in the odd golf game with Bill. We are so sorry to hear of Bills passing. He will be missed.

Condolence From: Dave and Cheryl Owen
Condolence: News of Bill's death is very sad. Both Cheryl and I had the pleasure of working for Bill in Prince George and we both agree that those were some of our very best years. Bill was a vortex of positive energy, humanity and just plain old fashioned decency. He was one of the good guys, in fact the best of the bunch. Thank you Eileen for sharing Bill with us for those few short years. He will always be remembered fondly and I know that sentiment is shared by every member of Sears Prince George 1821 on whom he left an indelible mark.
