Charles “Chuck” Lewis passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Sunday, April 3, 2022 in his 94th year. Loving husband of Paula (née Robinson) for 27 years. Widowed from wife Shirley (née Davies) of 44 years, with whom he had one daughter. Beloved father of Julie, and grandfather of Dana and Joshua. Step-father of Dax and Jordana, and father-in-law to Ken Lau. Step-grandfather of Savannah, Eliyah, Kaiya and Tristan. Survived by brother Eric and family, and brother-in-law Ed Davies and family in Florida. Brother in-law to Janina and Les Saville, Halina Bridges, Patricia and Wayne Broughton and all their families. Chuck worked many years as a master electrician, both privately and commercially, and worked at Alcan Aluminum from the 1960s to the 1980s. The family would like to thank Dr. So, and the workers at the Stronach Cancer Wing.

Funeral service will take place at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket, on Friday, April 22, 2022 at 1:30 PM. Visitation will follow the service from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Cancer Society, Sick Kids, The Wildlife Federation, or the War Amps.
