Bye, Colin Leslie -
Passed away peacefully at his home on January 10th, 2022 in his 66th year. Loving husband of Mary (nee Arnott) for 42 years. Beloved father of Lindsey (Kevin Vanderwielen), Fraser (Janet), and Heather. Proud grandfather of Paxton (Vanderwielen), Lila (Vanderwielen), and Joelle. Brother of Monica (Scott Lawson) and the late Wendy. Dear son of late Les and Esther Bye.
Colin was a constable for the Toronto Police Service, and retired as a Firearms Instructor at the Toronto Police College. Colin embraced every hobby with enthusiasm, including hunting, competitive shooting, travel, and Ford Model A ownership; and was a great lover of history.
A small service will be held with family at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home in the coming weeks, and a Celebration of Life will be held at Colin's residence in the summer.
