Obituary for David Douglas Fitzpatrick
FITZPATRICK, David Douglas
Passed away peacefully with family by his side at Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket on Thursday December 15, 2022, at the age of 52. Loving husband of Nathalie Fitzpatrick of 17 years. Proud father of Nicholas, Jessica (Nick Crosse) and Kayla. Cherished son of Mary and the late Doug Fitzpatrick. Also cherished son-in-law of Jeanne Gauthier and Gilles Brouillard.
Dave was a dedicated and respected Workload Coordinator in the Dispatch Centre for Enbridge, and prior to that worked in several roles in his 34 years with the company. Dave forged strong relationships not only with those in his personal life but also with those he worked with, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
The family would like to thank the caring staff at the Margaret Bahen Hospice, Stronach Regional Cancer Centre and all the nurses on the cancer floor at Southlake Hospital.
Memorial visitation will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Thursday December 29, 2022, from 2-4 & 7-9.
A service celebrating David’s life will take place in the Chapel on Friday December 30, 2022, at 1 p.m. with one hour of visitation prior.
