DAVID HARVEY (Dave) - Passed away peacefully at his home on February 20, 2020 at the age of 43. Beloved son of Rita and Norman. Cherished brother of Jason. Proud uncle to Damian, Carys and Gage.

Dave’s love for his family was deep and genuine. Dave graduated from Humber College with honors in the field of Culinary Arts. He went on to secure Red Seal status in his industry. He loved his work, specifically being part of a team in the Kitchen. Dave was a jovial, happy, childlike guy who had a knack for making people laugh. He had a contagious effect on others around him, especially when he giggled in his “Dave” way. He truly enjoyed the simple things in life such as camping, hiking, music, biking, skiing, and video games.

His family would like to thank everyone who has expressed their condolences and support. We miss him terribly and life will never be the same without him. Dave’s kind soul will now rest in peace. This is not goodbye, it’s see you later.

Friends and family are invited to a celebration David's life that will take place in the summer, a date and time will be confirmed at a later time. If desired, donations may also be made to Canadian Mental Health Association.
