Derek Ward Hazelwood - (August 29, 1963 - July 22, 2022) - Passed away suddenly in Bancroft, Ontario on July 22, 2022.
Husband to Laurie (Saby). Beloved father of Ben (Rachel), Andrea (Doug) Stewart and Spencer (Sharleen). Proud Grandfather of Gavin, Jack, Emma, Chloe, Ellery, Kinsley, Charles and Hannah. Brother of Gwendolyn (Herb) Fowlie, Wayne (Jeanette), Megan (Barry) Newcombe and Judi (Ken) Dawson. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Son of Gaylord and the late Miriam Hazelwood. He was a great dad and will be missed by all. Though he had many struggles through the years he had a great love for God.
Derek was an owner/operator in the auto glass industry for over 25 years.
