Edith was born on August 10,1919 and lived life to the fullest each and every day. She was passionate about baseball and was an outfielder for the Toronto Ostranders throughout the 1940’s; she was known to many as Skid Young. Later in life she took up line dancing and performed with the Barrie Butterflies. “Wholly ta-didels” she will be greatly missed by her family, friends and fellow line dancers from The Spoke and The Wheel in Sandy Cove. She is now reunited with her beloved husband Herbie, family, friends and her dog Patches.

The family would like to thank Grace for her excellent care and compassion over the past few years. Also, a thank you to Linda and George for all that they have done.
