Cole, Guy Edward - passed away peacefully on June 23, 2022 in his 84th year. Loving husband, for almost 60 years, of Thelma (January 2022). Beloved father of Teresa (John), and the late Darlene (Clare). Cherished grandpa of Laura (Jonathan), Hannah (Dylan), Lisa (David), Jocelyn, Becki (Jonathan), Nikolas (Katie). Great grandpa to Jakob, Elsie, Savanna, Octavia, Penelope. Survived by his brother Elgin (Shirley), and sister Leona (late Harry Cooper). Guy worked alongside his wife, on the family farm in East Gwillimbury, as a devoted dairy farmer for 35 years.
Special thanks to the nurses from Bayshore Home Care, and the personal support workers from St Elizabeth for their loving care and support in his last months.
Visitation will take place at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St, south, Newmarket, on Sunday July 3, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral to take place on July 4, 2022 at Cedarview Community Church, 1000 Gorham St, Newmarket at 11:00am. Following the service, Guy will be taken to his place of rest at Queensville Cemetery, 20778 Leslie St, Queensville.
