After a 5-year long journey with cancer, Ivan passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 30th, 2021 at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket, at the age of 63, with his loving wife, Natalia, and stepson, Alexey, by his bedside.
He was very strong throughout his journey. I will miss him in every moment of my life. Forever in my heart and always on my mind.
Loving husband and best friend to Natalia, he will be missed by his family and friends who knew him to be a loving husband, very caring and compassionate man, kind-hearted and always supportive.
Special thanks to Doane House Hospice, Southlake Residential Care Village and Southlake Regional Health Centre for all their wonderful support during this difficult time.
Cremation has taken place, due to COVID-19 a private family ceremony was held on April 6 at 11 a.m. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
