Ladimir Walter Kukurudza It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Ladimir Walter Kukurudza, aged 87, on December 16, 2019 in Toronto.
Walter was an inventor and entrepreneur in the electronics industry. He was also a Veteran in the Canadian Airforce. He was born on a farm in Manitoba to Ukrainian parents and has always enjoyed nature and animals. His favourite pastimes were reading, road trips and fishing. Preceded in death by his parents Alexander and Annie Kukurudza, his eldest son Keith Kukurudza and his siblings – Joe, Barbara and Mary. Walter is survived by his grieving siblings – Lawrence, Ernie and Bill and his mourning sons Douglas (and wife Anne) Kukurudza and David Kukurudza. He will also be greatly missed by his loving grandchildren Kassia (and husband Jai), Brandon and Mikaila (and partner Kyle).
There will be a graveside ceremony on Friday, December 20, 2019 at 11 a.m. at the Newmarket Cemetery where Walter will be laid to rest with his eldest son Keith.
