BAKER, Lloyd E.
Passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 14, 2023, at his home. Beloved husband of the late Betty Baker (nee McGill) and dear father of the late Doug (Lisa), the late Paul (Ruth), and Sharon. Grandfather of Donna (Greg Mathewson), Brenda (Ley Winch), Jennifer (Shane Watson), Janice (Peter Johnson), Kevin (Lindsey), Melissa, David and Brian (Robyn). Great-grandfather of Alayna, Emma and Lukas; Riley, Grace and Oliver; Laura, Julia and Maisie; Beth and Andrew; and Jack.
Lloyd will be missed by his extended family, the friends in the funeral and construction industry and his church family at Lakeside Community Church of the Nazarene.
Visitation will take place at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket, on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, from 5-8 p.m.
Funeral service to take place in the chapel on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at 3 p.m., followed by interment at Newmarket Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lakeside Community Church of the Nazarene, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Foundation.
