Dear Wanda and family,
I am saddened to learn of Paul's passing. He was a fun working friend and I know will be sincerely missed.
It was great fun for Ruth Ann and I to run into you both a short time ago on the Trent canal at the Waubic Inn. We connected again, this time as retired and enjoying some of the pleasures of life like boating.
I was not able to attend the visitation but will be at the funeral to honour you both.

Paul, for years you were in charge. As a leader you harnessed the strength of your crews and rallied the talents of men who respected and believed in you. Admiration spoke your name, and valour your close companion. But a raging foe, fierce and unstoppable, has stolen you from us; has left a void we cannot understand.
We’ve lost you Paul, but our memories of the noble and honourable man you were will forever live in our hearts. Your beautiful family is your legacy, left to grieve and heal in the love that fuelled your lives. Warmed by your memory and wrapped in the lessons of your life lived large, they - and us - will think of you always; our dark moments lit with the knowledge that you are Resting in Peace dear Paul.
To Wanda, the love of his life, to Joseph and Lisa, his pride and joy, our deepest condolences for your loss. To all of Paul’s family, his grand children, nephews, nieces, and in-laws; his friends and colleagues who feel the depth of sorrow as we do, our sincerest condolences. The right words to express our sadness are impossible to find.
