Phyllis McINTOSH (nee Grose)
Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on September 27, 2022 at 91 years of age. Loving mother of Garry (Patricia), Dean (Dolly), Stephen (Katherine), Leanne (Arnis), and Karen (Blair). Proud grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She also held a special place in her heart for her many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was a physio and occupational therapist for many years, caring for patients young and old over her long career in healthcare. The family would like to thank the Southlake Palliative care team for their care and compassion. In honour of Phyllis’ wishes cremation has taken place and a private celebration of life will take place at a later date. Please keep Phyllis in your memories, think of her next time you enjoy something sweet as she always enjoyed a good dessert with vanilla ice cream.
