Obituary for Sheila Suggett (Adams)

Sheila Suggett passed away peacefully at Bradford Valley Care Community in Bradford on December 13, 2022 at 89 years of age. Sheila was the daughter of Frank and Lily Adams of England. Sheila is predeceased by first husband Alan Pimblott, 2nd husband Neville Suggett, sisters Margaret and Barbara and brother George. She is survived by brother Eric in England. Sheila will be remembered by special friends Gary and Jackie Rose, their children of Aleah Holton, Kimberly Savage, Lindsay Rojecki and Tiberius Rose. Sheila was born in England and moved to Newmarket in 1953. Her first job in Canada was at Eatons Department store. She then became an administrative secretary at the Ontario Health Insurance Plan Office and worked there for the remainder of her career. She was a member / Elder at the United Trinity Church in Newmarket and was a volunteer at Southlake Regional Health Centre for many years as well as a Ladies Probus member. Sheila was an avid knitter and enjoyed making sweaters and socks for family and friends. Sheila was also known to children as the “Jelly Bean” lady in her many years on Roywood Cresent in Newmarket.
Family and friends may call at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Sunday, December 18, 2022 for visitation at 10 am, with a funeral service at 10:30 am. All are invited to attend the reception following the service.
