September 25, 1958 - June 10, 2019
Susan Smart lifelong resident of Newmarket passed away peacefully on Monday June 10, 2019 with her loving husband Gary Flannigan by her side. A special thanks goes out to the health care teams at Southlake Hospital, Stronach Regional Cancer Centre and Margaret Bahen Hospice for their compassionate care.
A memorial service will be held in memory of Susie at the Madsen's Greenhouse - Chapel, 160 Bayview Parkway, Newmarket, Ontario L3Y 4W2 on Monday June 17, 2019 at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Margaret Bahen Hospice.
