Theresa Anne Marie Dennis-Varey (nee Dennis)
Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on June 13, 2023 in her 70th year. Loving wife of Steward Dale Varey. Sister of Marc, Christine, Susan, Jeff, Julie, Elizabeth, Lucy and Carolyn. Daughter of the late John Dennis and Gloria Dennis (nee Peppiatt).
Theresa loved making crafts and walking her dogs. Her love for animals was second to none and she always took extreme care with her own dogs over the years. She spent a large amount of her career working for ETFO (Ontario Teacher’s Union) as a Computer Technician. She had a knack for problem solving and could take apart and repair a computer hard drive with her own two hands from the ground up. She loved to tell her friends and family funny stories to stay positive and ease the burdens of the day for others.
The family would like to thank the staff at Sunnybrook Hospital and Southlake Regional Health Care.
Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home 157 Main St S Newmarket on Wednesday June 21st at 1pm, followed by an interment at Newmarket Cemetery at 2pm.
