Passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Monday, June 26, 2023, at the age of 32.
Son of Tracey VanHeeswyk of Georgina and Rick and Chrissy Walker of Kawartha Lakes. Brother of Thomas Breen of Barrie. A celebration of Tyler's life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion - Sutton Branch, 21 East Street, Sutton West, Ontario, on Saturday, July 22, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Formal service to commence at 1:15 p.m. at the Legion.
