I wish to pay my condolences to the family of mr. Quinn. I was in his class at Rogers public school in 1980 and 81 for grades 5 and 6. He had a unique way of teaching his students and there are few things that I remember from being in his class. We used to have once a week amok newscast we are students from the classroom with take on the different roles of a newscast. You would have a sports reporter a news reporter a weather reporter white fur entertainment excetera. it was a unique experience and a way for us to get comfortable in speaking in front of other people. Another memory was win in Creed 5 our class and the other grade 5 class went on the Dorset trip. It's a special memory for me because my dad came as a parent volunteer as well. Ironically our graduating class from 1984 is planning a reunions next month. Within the last couple of days I was wondering if any of the teachers would be interested in being a part of it. it's hard to believe how many years have gone by and how each teacher in their own way as influenced our lives. So I'm closing please stay strong and remember the good times. Thinking of you all in this time of loss.

I must apologize for my last post it was brought to my attention that there were errors in what I said. My vision isn't very well and I use the microphone to voice what I wanted to say. I have been trying to go on to edit my mistakes but have not had any success. So please excuse any errors that may have come across in a negative way.
