Dave passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on Thursday October 28, 2021 at 83 years of age. Loving husband of Ruth for 62 years. Beloved father of Cindy, Vicky, Stephanie and Vivian. Proud grandfather of Olivia, Laura, Melanie, Erika and Stephen. Great grandfather of Olli, Owen, Beau, Jude and Charlotte. Cherished son of the late John and Edith Ball.
William was a firefighter with North York Fire Department and loved to help people. He enjoyed working with his hands as a carpenter and mechanic. He also enjoyed hunting.
The family would to thank everybody who loved him and the staff at Southlake Village. As requested, cremation has taken place, there is be no funeral service at this time. All are welcome to make a donation in William's memory to the Salvation Army.
