At her home in Newmarket on November 4, 2015 at age 91. Born in Monroe, Michigan. Wife of the late Bruce Ella. Mother of Arthur Ella (Patricia), April Metcalf (Murray) and Anne Ella-Arnold (Craig). Grandmother of Michael (Julianne), Theresa, Andrew, Krista (Andrew), David (Silvia), Katelyn (Tom), Mitchell, and Ariane. Great-grandmother of Sadie, Ezekiel, Makenna, and Abram. Sister of Blanche (Robert). Predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Edna, and her brothers Alfred, George (the late Bernice), and Robert (Shirley). Visitation on Saturday, November 7, 2015 from 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket. Burial on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 10 am at Riverside Cemetery, 1567 Royal York Road, Toronto. Memorial Service on Monday, November 9, 2015 at 2 pm at Trinity Anglican Church, 79 Victoria Street, Aurora. The family requests that donations may be made to the Aurora United Church Future Fund or to a charity of choice. Online condolences can be made at www.roadhouseandrose.com
