Obituary for Ilie Scrob

Ilie Scrob - Passed away suddenly at St. Catharines Hospital in St. Catharines, after a long struggle with cancer on September 20, 2016 in his 65th year. Beloved father to Daniel and Gabriel. Proud grandfather of Tristan and Isla. Brother of Gheorghe Scrob. Son of Ana and the late Nicolae Scrob. Ilie's passion was traditional Romanian folk dancing and has always been optimistic of the Leafs, believing they will eventually win the Stanley Cup. Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket on Tuesday, October 4 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Interment at Aurora Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
