Laurie was the best of the best golf pros who was always so soft spoken, polite and professional. My memories of him are from his days as the head pro at the Aurora Highlands Golf Club. As a new golfer, he made me feel welcome and his expertise still helps my game to this day. So many happy times to recall like the fashion shows, Gary Playter, pro-am tournaments in Jamaica, Dominican Republic, etc and the fall fun week-end in the Haliburton Highlands.
