I worked with Gord who was a supervisor with at TransCanada Pipelines at Station 92 in Mattice Ontario. Over the years I got to know him, as well as his wife and daughter, Connie and Christine. They were an excellent family and Gord was a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of subjects.Gord and I shared a love of computers and electronics. He always tried to get me interested in birds, which I could care less for at the time, birds were just birds and all over. I have since become a wildlife photographer and mostly shoot birds, I love it and through my lens have gotten to have a love for birds and a deep respect for them.I often thought of Gord and how I wished I could talk to him now so I decided to try and find him.I did, on here. I was saddened to hear of his passing. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. Gord truly was a great human being and I hope his spirit looks at my photos and enjoys them. I regret not having the chance to share my new found love of birds with Gord as I am sure it would have been great to finally have something in common with his passion. Rest in Peace Gord❤️❤️
