(Elizabeth) Jane Curran (nee McDonald)

It is with heavy hearts and much sorrow that our family announces the passing of Jane Curran on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at age 69.

Beloved wife of Greg Curran. Loving mother of Greg (Andrea), Matthew (Tammy) and Jessica (Steve). Stepmother of Bryan (Julie) and Virginia.

Proud grandmother of Sam, Luke, Trinity, Kate, Violet, Tayla, Marcus, Alex and Bethany.

Jane was a teacher in the York Region District School Board for over 32 years and was loved and respected by everyone that knew her. She will be sadly missed by all.

Visitation will be held at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home in Newmarket on Wednesday, April 1st from 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm.

The celebration of life will also be held at Roadhouse and Rose Funeral Home on Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in memory of Jane Curran to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation in Newmarket, Ontario.

Sincerest thanks to Dr. Cynthia Luk, Dr. Cindy So and all the nurses in the cancer and palliative units at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Your kindness is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
