Peacefully in his 88th year, on Tuesday May 12th, 2015 at Southlake Regional Health Centre. Ron was predeceased by his daughter (Dianne), brothers and sisters (John, Reverend James, Billy and Elizabeth). Ron is survived by his wife of 65 years, Theresa(nee Meredith). Dear father of Glenn Murphy of Richmond Hill, Robert Murphy of Richmond Hill, Colleen Murphy of Whitby, Marion Poole ( Gary) of Unionville, David Murphy (Christine) of Calgary, Ann Cecaneese (Mario) of Calgary, Stephen Murphy (June), John Murphy (Lynn) of Stroud, Nancy Chiasson (Marcel) of Sharon. Loving grampa of 21 grandchildren. Justin, Devin, Lisa, Christopher, Bryan, Dianne, Yolanda, Theresa, Robert, David, Mark, Meredith, Paul, Colleen, Trevor,Curtis, Stephenie, Marie, Myles, James, Madeline. Loving great grandfather to 12 great grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at Roadhouse and Rose funeral home 157 Main St South, Newmarket (1.905.895.6631) on Thursday May 14 from 6-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial at St Elizabeth Seton Roman Catholic Church on Friday May 15 at 11am. Donations may be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre.
