Mugford, Norman – Passed away peacefully in his 71st year surrounded by his family on Wednesday November 25, 2015. A loving husband to Linda Mugford for 51 years. Incredible father to Debbie VanWensem (Harry), Donna Mugford (Lina), and Claudine Mugford Keenan (Christopher). He will be greatly missed by his 8 grandchildren, Michael, Melissa, Chelsea, Olivia, Owen, Matthew, Taryn, and Lily and his loyal fur baby Sammy. Predeceased by his mother Josephine.
