John always embodied a sense of fun, a passion for his garden, his favourite teams and special people, and an ability to infect others with his enthusiasm. My sincere sympathy to all those who loved him and particularly to Jill, Cassie, James, Jeffery, Jim, Linda, Jill's and John's families for their profound loss.
