Condolences

Condolence From: Paul Alsbergas
Condolence: Glenn and I became friends the very first day that I walked into Ascension. I was very anxious being in a new and strange place, not knowing anyone, and I hadn't a clue of what I was suppose to do. Glenn immediately "took me under his wing" and became my mentor. He inspired me as a teacher. Glenn showed me what it meant to be kind, caring, sincere and "real" with students rather than merely teach a subject. With Glenn, life was always a grand adventure. He touched the lives of many people and made this world a better place. It was my honor and privilege to have been Glenn's friend. He will be greatly missed.

Condolence: I feel like these few words can't be enough to describe the sadness felt by the Ascension community with the news of the passing of Mr. Gaynor. A wonderful educator and human being, full of knowledge, compassion and enthusiasm for teaching. I look back on my time in his classroom with fondness and I will always cherish the memories created during that time. My condolences go out to his loved ones. Rest in eternal peace, Mr. Gaynor.

Condolence: I am so saddened to hear of Glenn's passing. He was a wonderful co- worker and a great teacher. I have many memories of working together at Ascension. My first day there, before he even knew me, Glenn invited me to work with him on the Athletic banquet - which at that time was a HUGE EVENT. He was such a welcoming person and fun to be around. I will miss you Glenn!
