Gwen and family--our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. I am really going to miss Ron's smiling face and easy laughter every time we got together. I have so many fond memories of us singing in the choir . It was so much fun and also was so great to have my son Nathan develop a great relationship with Ron and other choir members. Nathan also wanted me to express his sincere condolences too. God bless Ron!! He was a great man!!

Condolence: While just now visiting the Roadhouse & Rose web site I was immediately saddened to see the notice of Ron's passing only a few days ago. I am sorry Gwen that I wasn't aware in time to be present for the celebration of his life. Others have mentioned his singing in the choir at Sharon-Hope UC. I too was fortunate to be amongst his peers in the choir for a time. I especially enjoyed watching and waving to Ron as he passed by our place on Green Lane while tending the fields behind us for many years. He stood out in many ways, including with his ever-present smile. I shall miss his wave.
