Muriel Edith Woolhead passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on September 6th, 2015 in her 90th year. Loving wife of, Wallace Gordon Woolhead (predeceased). Beloved mother of Gordon (Marilyn), Donald, Diana, Debra and William (Laura). Proud grandmother of Dave (Becky), Wyatt, Connor, Ethan, Laughlin, Logan, Carol-Anne and Shawn. Great-Grandmother of Justin, Preston and Hunter. Dear daughter of the late Jessie and John Hall. Sister of the late Daisy Hall, George Hall, Grace Potter and Nellie Fisher.
Muriel grew up in the Orangeville area and enlisted to serve her country in 1944 after which she married her dear husband Wallace Woolhead in 1945. She devoted her life to raising her family and cherishing her grandchildren.
Muriel lived at Chartwell Aurora Long Term Care Home for the past 18 months where she made many new friends. Very special thanks to the caring and loving staff at Chartwell Aurora. Special thanks to the Southlake MACU/Palliative Care Units.
