Losing someone is never easy. Ruth was a fantastic mother to Shelley. She was a compassionate person and a great Advocate for persons with Special Needs and their families. Knowing that Ruth is now with Shelley and all her wishes have been fulfilled makes my heart feel at ease with her passing.
