ROYCROFT, Averyl Lorraine - (Past Matron of Newmarket Chapter 282 of The Order of the Eastern Star) - Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket, on Sunday February 4th, 2007, surrounded by the love and warmth of her family, in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Jack Roycroft and dear partner Tom Large. Beloved mother of Joan (the late Norman Pelham) and the late John Roycroft (Mary) and mother to Patrick Large (Wendy) and Christine Hallett. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Adrian, Kym, Suzanne and T.J., great-grandchildren Sarah, Callum, Katie and Kipper, and other family members. Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket, for visitation on Thursday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Friday at 1 p.m., followed by interment at Newmarket Cemetery. Many thanks are also extended by the family to the staff at Eagle Terrace and also at 3 Central East, Southlake Regional Health Centre for their tender and loving care during Mother's last days. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
