WALDIE, Barbara Anne – (Long time employee of the City of North York) – Peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Saturday September 19, 2009. Dearly beloved wife of Adam and dear mother of Scott and his wife Leslie, Karen and her husband Kerry Pimm and Stephanie Davis. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Andrew, Melissa, Laura, Karli, John, Caelan and Emma and her dog and best friend Cassie. She is also survived by her sister Ellen Walden. A celebration of Barbara’s life will be held at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St. S., Newmarket on Thursday September 24th at 2 p.m. with visitation from 1p.m. Memorial donations to the Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation (New Cancer Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
